Cancellation policy
Cancelling your appointment
Please be aware that we have a 24-hour cancellation policy.
You may cancel your appointment without charge up to 24 hours preceding your appointment.
Cancellation with 24 to 12 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price or your deposit.
Rescheduling your appointment
You are welcome to reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours preceding your appointment, using the online link in your confirmation email or by sending a text or an email.
You can reschedule your appointment up to 3 times; exceeding this limit will lead to cancellation of the appointment and your deposit being charged.
