I had a therapeutic massage from Yuri, my third visit. He really got into the areas of my back and calves that were tight. He gave me a great massage and I felt so much lighter in my back and legs afterwards. Would definitely recommend.

I recently had both body & facial massage with Sergii at Remedial & Sports Massage Practice. The whole experience was excellent - Sergii listened to my concerns, used the right pressure, and really tailored the massage to what my body needed. The clinic is clean, relaxing, and professional, which helped me feel comfortable from start to finish. The result? My muscles felt much lighter, tension in my neck, shoulders and back reduced a lot, and my skin looked refreshed after the facial part. Value for money was good - considering his skill, experience, and the quality of service, I felt that it was worth it. I highly recommend Sergii and will definitely return.

Sergii is an excellent massage therapist. I visited Massage Practice at The Light Centre, Monument and was greeted by Sergii with warmth and a friendly smile. He consulted to find out which areas I wanted him to focus on and listened intently. The 65min deep tissue massage was thorough, felt tailored and treated all the areas we discussed. I feel my muscles have benefited hugely and am looking forward to another future session!

I was looking for a good massage therapist over 2 years and tried different specialists across London City, and so lucky to find Remedial & Sports Massage Practice - they're the best! I had treatments with Lizzy (must go if you're looking for a relaxing practice with essential oils) and Sergii. I initially booked a sports massage with Sergii, but he suggested his signature approach tailored to my needs, which was incredibly effective! I've experienced stiffness in my shoulder and upper back before, but it's completely gone now. I now want to make time at Remedial & Sports Massage Practice a regular part of my routine. Sergii has great skills and offers fantastic treatment. Also the location of practice is accessible (they have 3 spots across London) and timing is flexible so easy to choose and not to wait for ages. Highly recommend!

I have already booked my next appt with Sergii. It was a wonderful full body massage and the attention and technique on each knot and muscle was A*. I was made to feel completely at ease and Sergii was very professional throughout, often checking it with me to make sure I was comfortable! I was even more reassured of Sergii's experience when he asked me if he could use the massage gun on my calves and tiny micro electric current on my neck where I store a lot of tension and very knotted (neither are painful by the way. It was very relaxing!). I am looking forward to visiting Sergii again and would highly recommend! Thanks!

By far the best massage I ever had in London (lived in London for 10+ years). Coming from someone who had massages on six continents and is extremelly picky and demanding is a high praise indeed. Sergii has incredible intuition for the body (extremelly rare) and deep knowledge of various techniques. In massage world this is as good as it gets!

Wow! We flew into town for a family wedding and reached out to Sergii by text on a Saturday night @9:30 pm after reading incredible reviews and deciding to test our luck! He responded immediately and booked two massages for my partner and I for the next morning at 9:00 am. Not only did they accommodate us last minute, but they even opened their doors early to squeeze us in before the wedding. That's better service than the Four Seasons! As far as the two massages we received by Yurii and Alexander, they were two of the best massages we have ever had in our lives. Thank you so much Sergii, Yurii and Alexander for making our trip!!! Update: we came back the next day for round two!

I'd highly recommend! I was able to find a suitable appointment the same day, the Light Centre was a calm, clean and relaxing setting and Sergii was excellent. He asked me what I needed and did exactly that. I booked my next session immediately as the whole experience was five star. My shoulder tension has eased, but I'll now be a regular customer to maintain a healthy mind/body balance.
